What’s harder, running the London Marathon or giving birth?

In 2019, I ran the London Marathon. It was one of the most intense, exhausting, and euphoric experiences of my life.
Kind of like something else I can’t stop talking about! 👀

But imagine if I showed up at the start line and said, “I haven’t trained, my body will just know what to do.” You’d think I was crazy. Yet that’s exactly how so many of us approach birth.

I truly believe our bodies do know what to do. But when we face birth with fear, tension, uncomfortable positions, and unnecessary interventions, it’s like trying to run a marathon with your shoelaces tied together.

That’s why preparation matters — not to control birth, but to support your body, calm your mind, and help you move through every stage with confidence and ease.

If you’re ready to untie those laces and prepare for your birth journey, I’m here to help. Let’s make your birth experience as strong, empowered, and beautiful as it can be.
